Description

This PERSONAL FINANCE fun activity is sure to be a fun way to learn about finance careers and meeting the financial wants and needs. This is a ‘gamified’ learning activity called ‘The Quest for Finance Town in Flinton‘ – a quest to meet financial needs and wants. Students are given a finance quest for a fictious town of Flinton and they are to use their problem solving skills and business knowledge to complete the quest! My kids LOVED this!

⚠️A PERFECT activity for those ‘Hard to Teach’ times of the year to keep students engaged while still continuing learning…before a holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, spring break) break, homecoming week, end of the school year, etc.)️

The resource includes easy-to-follow, step-by-step instructions for the teacher.

Students do the following:

✅ Complete a Financial Needs Analysis for Flinton.

✅ Complete a Financial Business Analysis applying the Wants and Needs of Flinton.

✅ Complete a Financial Business Briefing.

✅ Create a Visual Proposal for the Flinton City Council.

This resource could be used in Personal Finance, Financial Literacy, and Career Exploration/Research classes.

This would be an excellent activity for a Career Class when learning about the Finance Career Cluster.
