Purchase Orders

Do you want to buy a resource(s) via a school purchase order?

To buy my lessons and courses via a school purchase order, simply complete this Google Form (or have your billing administrator complete), then I’ll generate an invoice.  I will email you my W-9 along with your invoice from my QuickBooks.   

Once I get your school’s executed purchase order, I will get you access to your resource(s) while I await payment.  

Payment shall be made to Crown Collaborative, LLC.

Are you a Pennsylvania Non-Pubic or Private School?  My PA Vendor (VDMU) No. is 0000834687 CROWN COLLABORATIVE LLC BUSINESS EDUCATION WITH DENISE LEIGH.  We are fully approved in the NPIS system for Pennsylvania nonpublic and private schools (kindergarten through 12th grade) to purchase my resources with Act 195/90/35 funds.
