5 Coffee Lessons for National Coffee Day – Oct. 1, 2024

We teachers need our coffee, right?  I have a confession to make. I LOVE coffee! ☕

I always have!  When I was a little girl, I would steal a sip from my mother’s cup.  They say that a child’s growth can be stunted by drinking coffee…I am proof that is not true! 😊

National Coffee Day happens every year near the end of September.  This year International Coffee Day is October 1, 2024.  I have a great resources to teach my students about coffee as a commodity.  Students do not know what a commodity is.  We grow so little coffee in the United States, but drink so much that we have to import almost $7 billion worth every year!
