Students will do the following:
- Assess what accounts may make up a chart of accounts
- Identify what type of business Lamar’s business is.
- Classify accounts
- Analyze GAAP concepts given a scenario
- Identify what accounts are affected in a business transaction
- Journalize transactions
- Post the journal entries to the general ledger to obtain account balances for each account.
