Entrepreneurship (or Intro to Business) students act as entrepreneurs for their very own Simple Startup Food Truck project. This is a REAL-WORLD PROJECT that is project-based learning (PBL) at its best! NO PREP! Just send it easily through your LMS to all of your students!

Students create/design their very own simple startup food truck. Students make their own entrepreneurial decisions. I embedded hints, tips, and content in the file to help your students through their entrepreneurial journey to ensure their success. Students ‘shop’ for supplies and equipment for their new business while staying within a budget. They select vendors and assess their business expenses. There are also many marketing lessons included. This project can be used as an assessment; a suggested grading rubric is included.
