This BUSINESS EDUCATION fun and engaging activity is sure to be a fun way to learn about meeting the wants and needs of a town and learning the types of businesses. This is a ‘gamified’ learning activity called ‘Business Quest for Queensland‘ – a quest to meet needs and wants. Students are given a for a fictious town of Queensland and they are to use their critical thinking skills and business knowledge to complete the quest! My kids LOVED this!
⚠️A PERFECT activity for those ‘Hard to Teach’ times of the year to keep students engaged while still continuing learning…before a holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, spring break) break, homecoming week, end of the school year, etc.)️
The resource includes easy-to-follow, step-by-step instructions for the teacher.
Students do the following:
✅ Complete a Needs Analysis for Queensland.
✅ Complete a Business Analysis applying the Wants and Needs of Queensland.
✅ Complete a Business Briefing.
✅ Create a Visual Proposal for the Queensland City Council.
This resource could be used in any Economics or Business Education Class – Accounting, Career Exploration/Research, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Intro to Business, Business Essentials.
