Purchase Orders

Do you want to buy a resource(s) or a Teacher Summit Ticket via a school purchase order?

To buy my lessons, courses, and Summit tickets via a school purchase order, simply complete this Google Form (or have your billing administrator complete), then I’ll generate an invoice and email you my W-9 along with your invoice from my QuickBooks.   

Once I get your school’s executed purchase order, I will get you access to your resource(s) while I await payment.  

Payment shall be made to Crown Collaborative, LLC.
