Description
This Planning a Holiday Dinner Party on a Budget lesson is a great activity to do before Thanksgiving or Christmas/Winter break. A great personal finance lesson for young consumers in a Personal Finance or Family and Consumer Science (FCS) class!
Includes two EDITABLE files with the same activity – the only difference is one is a FRIENDSGIVING theme and the other is a FRIENDSMAS theme (so you can do this activity around either Thanksgiving or Christmas.)
When I did this activity with my students, they were so engaged and focused on making decisions and shopping for the best choices to stay within their budget. They loved it!
