PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENTS IN 39 OTHER STATES
If you are in one of the 39 states colored navy blue below, Professional Development (PD) is approved at the local level and there is no statewide approval process. What does that mean?
It means all PD is approved by your local school district and/or building principal to get PD credits. There is no formal statewide PD certification like Texas (CPE) and Pennsylvania (Act 48).
So if you are in one of these navy blue states, you can most likely attend my Texas Business Education Teach Summit in October and get PD credits, if your local administrators approve. It is up to you to confirm that these statements are true.
